Greet visitors/ applicants and deal with their queries.
Provide general information regarding security training and send them to the counselor for detail information.
Perform data entry of candidates and visitors and filing activities.
Manage and maintain visitor's log book digitally or manually.
Make inquiry of appointment, fix the appointment and transfer the candidate to related department.
Prepare Daily report and send to the supervisor at the end of the shift.
Keep the reception/front desk area clean and tidy.
Inform and update about the possible risks or dangers in the reception area or outside the office premises and play a role to prevent possible loss or damage.
